The Challenge

We were tasked with supporting the international launch of a new, innovative online transportation platform by a major logistics company (maxtonshipping.com).

The Objective:
To attract two distinct and highly specific B2B audience segments—Freight Forwarders and Shippers—to drive qualified quote requests.

Global Penetration:

The Approach

Because B2B audiences in the logistics space are highly sophisticated, generic messaging would fail. We executed a rigorously structured, hypothesis-driven testing approach.

  • Geographical Isolation: Launching separate frameworks for each region to determine local market friction.
